I’ve posted a poll over on the right because I’m just curious what brings people to read my blog. If none of the categories fits you, feel free to leave something in the comments.
I was seriously checking in what I needed to do to teach in Spain or the Czech Republic. And then you know what happened to my family. But, anyway, I had narrowed it down to these two countries because I would like to improve my Spanish and I have family in the Czech Republic. My grandfather was born near Prague, and I have been there 3 times to visit about 200 cousins. Since I've already taught in Mexico for 2 years, I have expat experience. I wasn't too crazy about the area where I was living being too close to the drug wars. I thought Europe might be a better choice for me. But it looks like I will be back in Iowa for at least 12 years or more.
I said other because I fall under the "I'm your family/friend" category BUT I don't read because you tell me to..I read because I'm insanely envious that you are living abroad in Spain! And I miss you!
Well, maybe one day in the future you could bring your nephews with you to Spain? I know several families doing the program here with the kids in Spanish schools. Of course, I'm sure they just need stability/the familiar right now. Good Luck Rite!
